Maternity Photoshoot

Moment to Cherish

When I was 30 weeks pregnant, Mr. Afif and I decided to do a pregnancy photo shoot. We wanted to cherish the moment before the arrival of out little munchkin. The last time we had a photographer took our pictures was during our wedding day. I miss those moment - the wedding and the whole thing. But, it was tiring!

After looking for a photographer for while before hand, we came across Afnan Omar who has done numerous of wedding photography for my friends. We met him a week before the photo shoot at The Curve in order to get to know him and to see his work. I love his work on weddings and I kind of regretted not having him as our photographer on our wedding day. After the meet up, we decided to proceed as he was so friendly and we felt comfortable having him as our photographer.

Afnan and us looked around for places - near UPM, lakes and parks around PJ and we found this place, Finance Faculty of IIUM in Pusat Bandar Damansara. The faculty is surrounded by all these luxury houses or should I say mansions. We went there a few days before to inquire if we could enter during weekends and Alhamdulillah, the guard said yes. Moreover, there was no students as the new semester has not started yet.

On Merdeka Day, as the others were maybe stuck in front of TV looking at the parade or still in bed, we were up early and got ready for the photo shoot. We set up the rendez-vous at 9 am, Mc Donalds Pusat Bandar Damansara before leaving for the venue.

Here are some of the result. Thank you Afnan for your job! We love it so much! We totally recommend Afnan to be your photographer not only on your big day but also for portraiture session. Not only he is friendly, he is very reliable in giving 110% in satisfying us! He promised us to deliver the pictures within 30 days and he did it! Alhamdulillah, we found you Afnan!

Cherish your moments while it's here! Once it's gone, you are totally going to regret it! Alhamdulillah, we did because I miss having Ariz's kicks in my belly! Now, it is timed to capture all those cute moment of my little baby Ariz. I know that he is going to be big in no time!
