Week 32 update

Week 32 update

Week 32, OMG!
I am getting bigger. My clothes are getting tighter. The number of weeks is increasing! The due date is approaching. Summary of my week! HeHe.

Last weekend, I was out and about and I was walking most of the time. One thing that I realized was I feel that my hips don't feel like it used to be. I think that it is true what people have been saying, "Try to walk a lot towards the end of your pregnancy" as the hips and the pelvic bones are preparing themselves to do all the work when the due date is here. Whenever I perform my solat, I am always looking forward to sujud as it soothes and I feel like expanding my hips/pelvic bones. 
Allah has the answers to everything! MashaAllah!
So, let's continue walking! 

My Amani Class with Sis Nadine Ghows is done! So, basically In sya Allah I am mentally ready with all the information gathered. However, I really need to practice the birthing positions, breathing, relaxation, visualisation! The time is almost up

Not forgetting, eat healthier, drink lots and lots of water, have tons of rest! The resting part, I really need to find it because almost every weekend, Mr. Afif and I are out most of the time - classes, wedding, open houses, baby shopping etc.. There is not so much time for us to rest. Got to work on that! Maybe this weekend!

Let's see what BabyCenter has to say about my growing little munchkin. But a little disclaimer, every baby grows differently. 
  • Little munchkin might already have hair. I can't wait to him/her if he/she has hair like Mr. Afif or me.
  • He/she measures 17 inches or approximately 42 cm from the top of the head to the heels and keep growing in length. 
  • Little munchkin weighs approximately 1.7kg.
  • The lungs wont be fully developed until just before birth, however little munchkin is inhaling amniotic fluid to exercise his/her lungs and practice breathing. 
Week 32 update :
  • Craving : a plate of salad with lettuce, tomatoes, capsicum, corn, red bean !
  • Pain : lower back 
  • Weight gain :18kg
  • Current weight : 71kg 
  • Clothes: still in my jersey material clothing
  • Mood : happy and excited
  • Exercise : walking, pelvic tilt, squats, breathing technique
  • Stretch marks : Alhamdulillah, none so far. 
  • Swelling : Ankles seem to be swollen. 
  • Baby movement : very active!
  • Nap : 10-20 mins every day
  • Leg Cramps : Starting to get serious!
  • Belly button : Still intact
32 weeks down! 8 weeks to go!
